Our Wellness Mission:


The LifeThyme Wellness Crew will work with you to create an individual health protocol which will help lead you to greater health and wellness.


We support injury recovery, pain management, athletic training and preventative health care. We believe in the possibility that every person can improve their wellness regardless of the level of health or fitness. We strive to empower our clients to manage their own health and collect the tools to live a happier and healthier life.

So… what do we really do…?

Our job is to help facilitate your wellness by encouraging you to listen, think, learn, be aware and be responsible for your own health. We do this through 4 main paths:

• Therapeutic Massage Therapy
• Functional Fitness Training
• Herbal/Nutritional Consultations
• Craniosacral Work

We guide and steer you on a course, and are here to help you maintain your heading when sometimes life throws you curve ball (or a wind shift!). We also make it clear from the start of our relationship that YOU are ultimately responsible for your results. YOU have the power to have whatever body, fitness, health and vitality you want! Our instruction focuses on education, movement techniques and skills, physical conditioning, eating habits, self-discipline, and taking care of yourself so that after a period of time, you’ve got the experience and confidence to do it your own.
