How much does it cost?

All functional lab testing involves 2 separate payments.

1. Interpretation and Consulting : $110 (LifeThymes standard hourly rate)
2. Lab Fees: $176-$295 per kit

Each lab kit comes with a requisition form, on which you may provide your credit card number. Lab fees are paid separately to BioHealth to process your test. You are also responsible for sending your lab kits via Fedex as soon as you have completed them.
