At the beginning of your first session, we will ask you to fill out our short intake form. Please try to arrive to at least 10 minutes early so that you can do this without cutting into your session time. The intake form is below and if you want you can complete it and bring it with you to your first session. To ensure that you make the most of your subsequent sessions, please try to arrive a few minutes early.
Before your session:
There are a couple of considerations to make before you arrive for your session:
• Try and eat a meal 2-3 hours before your session.
• Wear appropriate clothing. During a massage therapy session you can undress to your level of comfort. It’s your session and so your decision.
• Come hydrated. Drink water before you session and continue after. Please bring a water bottle to all fitness sessions.
• Plan your session. Make sure you have enough available time before and after your session so that you don’t feel rushed or stressed about time. Try and clear you schedule for after your massage so your body can integrate the work.
